To help you understand all your van is capable of we offer a fully supported and linked Operators manual that comes fully loaded and ready to go on an Ipad that will allow you to take control of your van and allow you to start your adventure.

Our bed system is adjustable vertically and folds up, out of the way for maximum flexibility of interior space. One side can be folded down for a couch or remove the cushion to have a work space. This configuration is available in both our 144 and 170 van conversions. Fabricated with aluminum and TIG welded with a powder coated final finish

We have completed our bike rack system which accommodates 1 or 2 bikes! The complete aluminum structure is TIG welded and will be powder coated for production. The racks are fully adjustable for road bikes, mountain bikes, and E-bikes. The bike racks mount using the same mounting points as our external storage box.

At Team Adventure USA, we build our vans to last - the ONLY holes in our roof are as shown. All have a grommet/caulk/and a sealed cover. On a side note - pun intended - we do not drill or cut any holes in the sides or doors of our vans either

Our 144 4x4 van has the power to go the distance with six Battle Born Batteries 100 amp hour batteries. How to fit these in the van without taking up critical cargo space? Easy - we mount the spare tire on one of our spare tire racks and use the space under the van for an aluminum, insulated, and heated enclosure custom made in our shop. Built to be weather resistant to provide long term care free reliable with exterior mounted lithium batteries collecting power from dual alternators, or captured through the sun’s rays on the roof mounted solar panels.

Our Solivagant model has an adjustable bed to allow increased storage in the garage area or comfortable angle to lay and 'chill lax' while watching a movie or reading - flexibility and quality! The adjustment can be done in the garage area or while on the bed!

KNOWING your cold weather kit is working is also important. Our 144 4x4 van has digital gauges displaying temperatures to confirm 'ALL GOOD' when the cold weather arrives.

Creating a comfortable home on the road requires reliability and consistent performance. The biggest comfort of the 20th century was the development of the air conditioning unit and we here at Team Adventure USA have made this comfort available on a luxury conversion van without relying on your van engine’s to cool a heat soaked van. Often times campground will have generator shut off times and complete electrical Air conditioning unit allows you to stay cool in serenity.
Team Adventure USA prioritizes hardware built to provide long lasting cooling for even the hottest conditions. Multiple vent points provide instant cooling without the penalty of constant noise of one large fan.
Built to provide comfort in selecting your perfect temperature through the easy on board controls provides cooling during a short break or through the night at the touch of a button. The power from the battle born batteries also guarantees the air conditioning can run through the night even in the hottest conditions. Team Adventure USA air conditioning systems comes standard with external radiator to provide increased cooling capacity to make any adventure a cool one.

After long days in the sun you are exhausted after a four mile hike and want to cool off. Most sprinter conversion van outfitters are only equipped with 2 tiny batteries, at Team Adventure USA we know that cooling can often be the difference between a good time and a sweat lodge on an adventure.
The Team Adventure USA has standard equipped 6 of the ultra powerful 100 amp hour lithium batteries which allows you to turn the AC and have hours of bone chilling AC at the touch of a button.
The large battery pack prevents your need to fill and start a noisy generator just to start an anemic output ac condition or being yelled at by the campground manager for running your van. Lithium batteries are low maintenance by nature and with dual alternators and solar panels the batteries have multiple ways to passively refill discharge batteries. Marine grade connections guarantee low maintenance operation of the batteries, allowing you to focus on relaxing at the end of the day.
